Style fixes.
	* morituri/common/common.py:
	  Add functions to convert a gst.TagList to a dict and compare them.
	* morituri/common/task.py:
	  Add setAndRaiseException which gives us an appropriate
	  exceptionMessage as if we raised where we called this new function.
