Instead, get session 9 to get all

- check pregaps more than once, to see if results are consistent, or with

|
different methods

- extra-cd with pregap like das capital: rip each session separately, then
|
|
possibly combine; in any case, none of the cdrdao read-toc commands reads
|
|
both the pregap and the data track at once
